C++ Drug Wars is a clone of the drug dealing game of similar name. This version is written in C++ and is not an entirely 100% exact clone of the original game.
When creating the rewrite, I wanted to avoid using any platform specific functions. This version will compile on compilers that support C++11 (tested with cl and gcc).
